The venue was fairly clean and great-sized. The room was kept very clean and available with windows giving a double aspect. The hotel had a central location, close to an art gallery and a tower.

I liked its well-appointed and great quality rooms.
The breakfast was gorgeous and free. Booked a room with great views of downtown. Location: the hotel was near the waterfront, a grocery store and convenience store and many sites, shopping and restaurants.

Practical double room with a chocolate, the bathroom plus good Occitane products.

The welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The clean and reasonably spacious room and the added features of free internet and phone calls. The sit down breakfast with freshly cooked food was great. The hotel being really central to shopping, eating places and tourist attractions was very good and as I like walking there was not a lot of added cost in order to go to these.

The excellent location and room amenities such as bathrobe, toiletries, iron and personal touches such as chocolates on the pillow , a welcome letter from thw manager.
Breakfast became redundant only 3 options and two of them were eggs! After 3 days breakfast became old.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the hotel itself was beautiful, breakfast was great and served at your table, and bottled water was left in the room (at no charge).
The rooms were not very large, but they were very nicely decorated and in excellent condition.

Unbeatable location, very close to Rogers Arena. Well-appointed and high-class rooms with good amenities, windows giving a double aspect plus comfort bed, absolutely fantastic breakfast.

Clean, well-designed room with ample space and the majority of the staff were excellent. When I overheard what other reception staff were saying to newly arrived guests that I realised I should have been told much more on arrival.
The breakfast was ok. it has been described by others as excellent but I found the juices too sweet, the bagels too hard and the coffee tasted like dishwater. If you want to experience an excellent breakfast at an affordable price, try Mama Shelter in Paris. I think it is necessary for a business hotel to have some way of polishing shoes. Although I was able to jog along the seawall, I imagine that in the colder, wetter months, a hotel gym would be better than having to go to an outside gym.

Excellent location, small hotel, nice rooms, free calls all over the world. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
I would consider including a frigo bar, the only thing missing
